Job Description:

We are looking for a SMM /Speaking Engagement who will focus on supporting a speaker and coach in expanding their visibility, audience engagement, and opportunities through strategic online presence and outreach. You’ll help manage social media, coordinate speaking engagements, and create engaging newsletters to attract and convert new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts, schedule content, and track engagement.

• Design and create marketing materials in Canva for posts, events, and promotions.

• Create, schedule, and send email campaigns via Mailchimp.

• Research and identify paid speaking opportunities and coordinate applications.

• Assist with newsletters and community updates to boost engagement.

• Track progress and report outcomes related to visibility and client growth goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in planning and execution.

• Strong research skills and ability to think ahead.

• Experience with Canva and Mailchimp preferred.

• Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).

Working Hours:

• Part-Time – 10 hours per week

• Flexible hours (you can work anytime that suits your time zone)
