Job Description:

We’re seeking an Experienced CRM & Marketing Virtual Assistant who can support our client’s online training business. You’ll play a key role in managing marketing automations, crafting engaging email campaigns, editing light video content, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update CRM systems

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns

• Assist with funnel creation and maintenance

• Edit short-form videos and podcasts using Descript

• Design marketing visuals and materials in Canva

• Support with content scheduling, blog updates, and online course materials

• Collaborate on strategies to increase engagement and awareness

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing or CRM Virtual Assistant

• Strong knowledge of Kajabi and Descript (REQUIRED)

• Familiar with Canva, email automation tools, and basic funnel setup

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Tools You Will Use:

• Kajabi

• Descript

• Canva

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Central Time (Graveyard Shift)

Rate:

• $5-6/HR

• Experienced and confident in digital marketing tools

• Lighthearted and fun to work with

• Positive energy and proactive attitude

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must provide a credit score

• Must be available during stated US working hours (Graveyard Shift)
