Job Description:
As the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper, you’ll be the right hand to the company’s leadership managing emails, calendars, and day-to-day administrative tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the executive’s email inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and following up on key deliverables.
• Communicate with team members to ensure project alignment.
• Support the executive with document preparation, reports, and data organization.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative VA.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing online tools.
• Personable, KPI-driven, and proactive.
• Experience in construction or service industries a plus.
Tools You Will Use:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• QuickBooks Online (for light tracking/reporting support)
• BuilderTrend CRM
• Google Workspace
Working Hours:
• Full-Time – 40 hours per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
