Job Description:

As the Marketing Virtual Assistant, you’ll oversee the company’s online marketing activities, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all digital platforms. You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media, content, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and update the company website with current projects and information.

•Create and post engaging daily content on social media platforms.

•Develop marketing campaigns that highlight company services and achievements.

•Track engagement metrics and provide performance reports.

•Assist with online reputation management and responding to inquiries.

•Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:

•Experience in digital marketing or social media management.

•Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

•Excellent communication and writing skills.

•Creative and proactive mindset.

•Basic knowledge of construction or trades industry is a plus.

•Experience with website management tools and Canva preferred.

Tools You Will Use:

•Canva (for graphics and posts)

•Microsoft Office Suite

Working Hours:

•Full-Time – 40 hours per week

•8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
