Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Go High Level Specialist to support business operations with accurate bookkeeping, client invoicing, and CRM management. You’ll also help implement marketing automation workflows and funnels using Go High Level and ClickFunnels.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform data entry and manage bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks

•Handle invoicing and client billing accurately and promptly

•Assist in setting up Go High Level campaigns and workflows

•Build and maintain funnels in ClickFunnels and Go High Level

•Coordinate with the team and ensure smooth daily operations

•Support business growth by improving efficiency through automation

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in bookkeeping and data entry

•Strong knowledge of QuickBooks

•Experience with Go High Level and ClickFunnels

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•Detail-oriented and dependable

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:

•9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)

•Part-Time – 30 Hours per Week
