Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a full-time, driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the mastermind behind online lead generation and marketing strategy execution while leveraging your expertise in CRM tools—particularly HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

• Build and manage lead generation funnels

• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and conversion

• Manage, monitor, and optimize marketing automation tools

• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with other team members to align messaging and goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital lead generation

• Solid background in creating and executing marketing strategies

• Proficient in CRM platforms, especially HubSpot

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Highly organized and deadline-oriented

Tools You Will Use:

• HubSpot

• Social Media Scheduling Tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

• Canva or other content creation tools

• Google Workspace

• Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• Graveyard Shift

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Credit score

• Must work on EST (Graveyard Shift)
