Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and highly organized Patient Liaison VA who will serve as the bridge between patients and healthcare providers. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and positive patient experience by providing clear communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating care-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients via phone, email, or chat
• Assist patients in understanding treatment processes, procedures, and next steps
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient schedules
• Address patient concerns, inquiries, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Communicate patient feedback to the internal team to improve service quality
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
• Support patients with completing forms and navigating healthcare processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient needs are met promptly
Qualifications:
• At least 2+ years experience in customer service, healthcare support, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-first mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or medical admin is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology or insurance processes is an advantage

• 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Manila Time)
