Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, well-organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant who specializes in GoHighLevel to support marketing and sales system integration and management. This role is for someone excited about working with AI tools, managing digital platforms, and contributing to personal growth and coaching missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage marketing and sales automation using GoHighLevel

• Collaborate on LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies

• Provide project management support

• Maintain and update CRM systems

• Track and report on data and performance metrics

• Help integrate tools like LearnWorlds, Stripe, Zoom, and Sage

• Stay organized and anticipate next steps in daily operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with GoHighLevel

• Experience with marketing automation and lead generation

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Problem solver and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Familiar with social media platforms and online learning tools

• Ambitious, respectful, and eager to grow personally and professionally

Working Hours:

• Part-Time | 20 hours per week

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Irish Time

• (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PH Time)

• Hourly Rate: $5/hr
