Job Description:

We’re seeking a self-directed and organized Virtual Assistant to support tasks related to expert witnessing lead generation and calendar management. Your goal? Make an executive’s life easier by keeping schedules tight and opportunities flowing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and assist with lead generation for expert witnessing opportunities

• Manage, organize, and coordinate meetings and appointments using Calendly and Zoom

• Send email communications and updates via Mailchimp

• Maintain an organized digital schedule and provide daily summaries

• Proactively flag scheduling conflicts and streamline booking systems

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, calendar management, or administrative assistance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Experience working in a virtual/remote environment

Tools You Will Use:

• Mailchimp

• Calendly

• Zoom

• Working Hours:Part-Time (10–19 hours per week)

• Working Time: 9 AM to 1 PM EST (Graveyard Shift for PH-based VAs)

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Time of Work Hours must be followed (Graveyard Shift – EST)
