Key Responsibilities: Client & Candidate Engagement:
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to gather Virtual Assistant (VA) requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Accurately record meeting details for documentation purposes.
Job Ad Creation & Posting:
• Write compelling job ads that attract high-quality candidates and post them on relevant platforms.
Candidate Management:
• Review applications and screen candidates to find the best fit.
• Conduct interviews and update clients every 2-3 days on candidate progress.
Onboarding & Communication:
• Update onboarding materials for both clients and VAs.
• Handle job offers, ensuring client approvals and feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage Airtable and GHL email communications for effective tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
• Proficiency with tools such as Airtable and GHL (or similar platforms).
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.

• Must be available for graveyard shifts (Philippine time)
