Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Thumbnail Creator who can bring stories to life through high-quality video edits and design engaging thumbnails that attract viewers instantly. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to hook an audience, maintain engagement, and deliver polished, professional content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos to ensure they are engaging, high-quality, and aligned with the intended message.

• Create eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention and drive clicks.

• Optimize video pacing and flow to maximize viewer retention.

• Stay updated on content trends to ensure videos perform well on digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the team to refine creative ideas and ensure consistent branding.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and thumbnail design.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

• Knowledge of current video content trends on platforms like YouTube.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Tools You Will Use:

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• Flexible schedule (as long as work is completed on time)

• High attention to detail with a passion for quality.

• Reliable, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
