JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in content creation, communications, and social media management. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, a creative thinker, and highly organized. You will be responsible for managing content calendars, publishing across multiple platforms, engaging with audiences, and handling administrative tasks related to content and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage written content for blogs, social media, and emails.

• Design graphics using Canva for various content needs.

• Upload and schedule content on social media, YouTube, blogs, and podcast platforms.

• Manage the content publishing calendar efficiently.

• Program email sequences in ConvertKit.

• Perform basic video editing for social media and online courses.

•Communicate with third parties via email on behalf of the client.

• Prepare invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content writing, social media management, or virtual assistance.

• Strong English writing and editing skills.

• Experience with Canva for graphic design.

• Familiarity with ConvertKit or similar email marketing tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple content channels.

•Highly organized with strong time management skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Tools You Will Use:

• Microsoft Word

• Canva

• ConvertKit

• Clickfunnels

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

• 9 AM - 6 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST)

• $5/hr

Non-Negotiables:

-Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

-Must adhere to the assigned working hours.
