Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Social Media & Community Manager with a deep understanding of Pace Morby’s methodology (including Creative Financing, SubTo, and other real estate strategies) to oversee and nurture our online communities. This role involves developing engaging social media content, facilitating active discussions on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and especially Facebook Groups, Skool, or other membership platforms using Pace Morby’s community-building philosophy. You will play a critical part in creating a sense of shared mission, accountability, and collaboration among community members who are focused on real estate investing, creative financing, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Building & Engagement (Pace Morby Style)
Develop and implement a robust engagement plan modeled after Pace Morby’s energetic and inclusive community approach. Create a supportive environment in private Facebook Groups, Skool communities, or other membership platforms, encouraging members to share wins, ask questions, and collaborate on deals. Organize and moderate virtual events or “accountability calls,” Q&A sessions, and live discussions focused on creative real estate techniques (SubTo, seller financing, lease options, etc.).
2. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Craft on-brand, compelling content for X, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube that resonates with real estate investors, focusing on personal stories, case studies, and educational tidbits reflecting Pace Morby’s style. Showcase success stories, behind-the-scenes deal breakdowns, and motivational posts to keep followers inspired and engaged in their real estate journey. Experiment with new content formats (reels, stories, live sessions) to foster community growth and excitement.
3. Member Support & Relationship Building
Act as the primary point of contact for community members seeking guidance, resources, or peer connections. Facilitate introductions among members looking to partner on deals or mentor each other, reinforcing a collaborative, family-like atmosphere. Monitor and respond to member inquiries in a timely, empathetic way—offering guidance aligned with Pace Morby’s core principles.
4. Monetization & Growth
Identify and implement strategies for monetizing social platforms and community spaces, such as premium memberships, sponsorships, or affiliate partnerships. Manage paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads) to attract new members or promote events, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and community ethos. Track ROI on marketing spend, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and revenue while maintaining Pace’s high-value, servant-leadership approach.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and measure critical performance metrics—engagement rates, member growth, retention, and conversion—to understand the health of the community. Prepare weekly or monthly reports with actionable insights, focusing on how the community’s momentum supports overall business objectives. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and any relevant community analytics features to refine community-building strategies.
6. Brand Consistency & Cross-Team Collaboration
Uphold a consistent brand voice and ethos that mirrors Pace Morby’s authenticity, transparency, and inspirational style. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align on promotions, launches, and educational events. Share community feedback and insights, helping guide product improvements or new offerings that address members’ needs and questions.
7. Platform Optimization & Best Practices
Stay current on emerging community platforms, tools, and features—especially those relevant to real estate investing and mentorship communities. Continually experiment with posting schedules, content types, and engagement strategies to maintain high visibility and community enthusiasm. Encourage user-generated content and member-led meetups to further strengthen trust and peer support.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.2+ years managing social media platforms and/or membership communities, preferably in real estate or a similar educational/mentorship context. Understanding of Pace Morby’s real estate investing strategies (SubTo, creative finance, etc.) is highly desired.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and community platforms (Facebook Groups, Skool).Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to adopt Pace Morby’s approachable, encouraging tone. Skilled at moderating group discussions and handling conflict or criticism in a positive, solution-oriented manner. Comfortable hosting live events or webinars, maintaining a lively, personable presence.

High emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy—key traits for nurturing a diverse community of learners and doers.
