JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Success Manager & Project Manager to build long-term client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee project execution. This role requires a balance of sales, account management, problem-solving, and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Building and Maintaining Relationships

•Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.

•Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

•Sales and Account Management

•Identify business opportunities and manage client accounts for retention and growth.

•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue potential.

•Customer Support & Problem-Solving

•Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

•Diagnose challenges and propose effective solutions.

•Project Management & Strategic Planning

•Oversee project lifecycles from planning to final execution.

•Analyze market trends and performance metrics to improve processes.

Community & Stakeholder Management

•Foster engagement through online forums and events.

•Maintain open communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

•2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management.

•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

•Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

•Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

•Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

•PMP certification is a plus but not required.
