Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive Assistant & Marketing Director to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about sales and marketing. You will be responsible for managing social media, registering attendees for masterclasses, and co-hosting events. If you are committed, willing to learn, and ready to execute, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for social media platforms

• Register attendees for masterclasses and ensure smooth event logistics

• Co-host virtual events and engage with participants

• Utilize Canva for marketing materials and promotional content

• Maintain CRM systems and manage client databases

• Assist in administrative and executive tasks as needed

• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and attendees

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Proficiency in Canva, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom

• Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently

• Go-getter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Details:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• 10 AM - 4 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)

• $5/HR

• Must adhere to designated working hours
