Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and people-oriented Sales Recruiter VA who can confidently communicate with candidates, promote career opportunities, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate and organised applicant data. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys talking on the phone, and has a natural talent for sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and introduce available job opportunities

•Sell and promote programs, roles, and opportunities by phone (majority of daily tasks)

•Schedule interviews and ensure complete candidate follow-up

•Enter applicant data accurately into spreadsheets and tracking systems

•Assist with creating marketing materials, newsletters, and job ads

•Support digital campaign preparation and recruitment promotions

•Leverage Google Drive, ATS systems, and AI tools for recruitment tasks

Qualifications:

•Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

•Confident, persuasive phone presence

•Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer engagement (preferred)

•Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing spreadsheets

•Creative skills for designing recruitment materials (plus but not required)

•Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

Working Hours:

•Full-Time – 40 hours per week

•Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (or close to this), with a possible 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST shift.
