Job Description:

We’re looking for a resourceful and independent Creative Virtual Assistant with strong graphic design skills to support a creative professional. If you’re organized, have a sense of style, and enjoy wearing multiple hats—from designing presentations to booking travel—you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare visually engaging client presentations

• Create charts and schedules using spreadsheets

• Conduct research across various topics

• Assist with personal tasks such as booking appointments and arranging travel

• Collaborate on creative projects with design input

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, graphic designer, or similar role

• Excellent design sense with the ability to edit and curate visual content

• Strong research and organizational skills

• High level of maturity, professionalism, and independence

• Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs

• Must have a good credit score

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Adobe Photoshop

• Asana

• Google Calendar

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• Full-Time, 40 hours/week

• 5 AM – 1 PM Pacific Standard Time (Graveyard Shift)

• $7/hour
