Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment. This role supports live and online events focused on inspiration, motivation, and well-being. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple social media pages, email campaigns, content creation, and community engagement — all while bringing a friendly and proactive spirit to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule content across 8+ social media pages/groups

• Engage followers through posts, comments, and conversations

• Develop and analyze ad campaigns to drive ticket sales

• Write and distribute newsletters and blogs

• Develop lead magnets and email campaigns to boost list growth

• Coordinate event promotion materials with speakers

• Produce engaging content: reels, stories, videos, podcasts

• Edit audio/video content including sizzle reels and promos

• Manage LinkedIn and Threads accounts

• Support with marketing and promotional needs for wellness initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or virtual assistance

• Strong English writing and communication skills

• Knowledge of creating email campaigns, social media content, and blog writing

• Familiarity with ad management and performance tracking

• Video/audio editing skills (basic to intermediate level)

• Interest or familiarity with personal development, wellness, and spirituality is a plus

• Able to proactively manage deadlines and tasks

Tools You Will Use:

GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads

• Video and audio editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20–29 hours per week

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Arizona Time (Graveyard Shift in PH)

• Flexibility required on rare occasions

Preferred Traits:

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive and creative problem solver

• Able to collaborate and follow up effectively with team members

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Time of Work Hours: Graveyard Shift

• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel is a must
