Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a full-time Talent Manager who excels at finding exceptional candidates, building robust talent pipelines, and making a measurable impact on organizational growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and have a knack for connecting with people—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and requirements

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

• Support recruitment metrics and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment

• Proven track record hiring for diverse roles (admin, tech, leadership, etc.)

• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Tools You Will Use:

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Recruitment and sourcing tools/platforms

• Communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
