Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Manager with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment. You will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent while fostering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews, evaluations, and reference checks
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and documentation
• Use data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Tools You Will Use:
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
• Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
• Productivity tracker

• Full-Time
