Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist Virtual Assistant who can confidently manage CRM systems, maintain websites, and support marketing operations within GoHighLevel.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with marketing automation and CRM workflows. Experience in social media management is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM

• Set up and manage funnels, workflows, automations, and pipelines

• Maintain and update websites and landing pages within GoHighLevel

• Monitor CRM data and ensure proper contact organization

• Support campaign execution and automation optimization

• Troubleshoot technical issues within GHL

• Coordinate CRM integrations and ensure smooth system operations

• Assist with social media scheduling and management when needed

• Ensure accurate documentation of processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Proven experience in CRM management

• Experience managing websites and landing pages

• Familiarity with automation workflows and marketing funnels

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Social media management experience is a plus

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 30 hours per week

• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible)

• Graveyard Shift (PH Time)

• Rate: $7–$9 per hour

• Must be comfortable working Graveyard Shift (US working hours)
