Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our recruitment processes to attract and retain top virtual talent. If you’re a people-person with a strategic mindset and over 5 years of recruiting experience, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for virtual assistant roles
•Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
•Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
•Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications
•Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
•Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
Qualifications:
•At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•Experience in a remote or virtual work setting is a plus
•Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Tools You Will Use:
•LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
•Google Workspace
•Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
Working Hours:
•Full-Time | Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
