Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. You’ll wear multiple hats—managing customer service tasks, scheduling and publishing content for social media, and supporting an executive with calendar and travel coordination. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the team runs smoothly and customers are cared for with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage email and calendar appointments
• Handle customer service requests, including payment updates
• Research and schedule social media content
• Use A.I. tools to create rough video edits and blog/social media drafts
• Provide executive support (calendar, scheduling, travel coordination)
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service and executive support roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Must be open-minded, creative, kind, positive, and enthusiastic
Tools You Will Use:
• Infusionsoft
• Descript
• ChatGPT (or similar A.I. tools)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/EDT (Graveyard Shift)
• Hours may vary during special launches or promotions.

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Must provide credit score
• Must be able to work during U.S. business hours (Graveyard Shift)
