Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in marketing and administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping businesses scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media content creation and scheduling using Canva

• Assist in setting up and maintaining GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Create engaging presentations

• Manage calendars and appointments

• Handle email correspondence efficiently

• Utilize Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Suite

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Microsoft Suite

• GoHighLevel (GHL)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week

• 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Brisbane Time (subject to change based on business needs)
