Are you a proactive, guest-focused virtual assistant with a flair for social media and organization?

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment. Your role will be a blend of guest communications, social media content creation, and light bookkeeping support. You’ll play a key part in creating efficient systems and helping streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via Airbnb/VRBO

• Assist with creating and maintaining guidebooks

• Manage and schedule social media posts (Instagram & Facebook)

• Design graphics using Canva

• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including tracking receipts and paying invoices

• Support in systematizing operational workflows

• Occasional email marketing (monthly or as needed)

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience in guest services or customer support

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Confident with technology and open to learning new tools

Tools You Will Use:

OwnerRez (Airbnb/VRBO integration)

• Instagram & Facebook

• Canva

• Email platforms (for marketing)

• Productivity tracker

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Tuesday to Saturday, 1 PM–6 PM Central Time

• (Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)

Preferred Traits:

• Friendly and guest-first communication style

• Proactive and confident decision-maker

• Humble and willing to ask for help when needed

• Creative with strong Canva and social media skills

• Passionate about creating systems and improving efficiency

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must have a good credit score

• Must be available to work on the specified shift (Graveyard Shift – US Central Time)
