Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support the Raelene Milne Account. This role requires 30–40 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Excel and Windows-based systems to manage and organize data.

• Follow established processes and procedures (training will be provided).

• Maintain a steady pace of work while ensuring quality output.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team using MS Teams.

• Ask questions and seek clarification whenever needed to ensure accuracy.

• Participate in video trainings and team meetings.

• (Optional but a plus) Assist in SharePoint site building and MS Teams optimization.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating system.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Coachable mindset—able to take feedback and apply it effectively.

• Strong communication skills; not afraid to ask questions or confirm directions.

• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Good quality internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for video calls.

• Ability to set up and work on company-provided equipment (laptop + 2 monitors).

Work Schedule:

• Must be available 8 AM – 5 PM MST for the majority of the workweek.

• Some flexibility will be allowed once trained and performance is consistent.

• Required to attend scheduled meetings during MST business hours.

Compensation:

• Rate: $6.75 per hour

• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
