Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized, food-loving Virtual Assistant with a flair for social media coordination and administrative support. This role focuses on executing social content strategies and keeping our client’s day-to-day operations smooth and structured – no need for design or video editing!
Key Responsibilities:
• Post and coordinate social media content across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Maintain and update content calendars
• Research platform best practices and suggest improvements
• Provide admin support: manage schedules, meetings, email inboxes, and calendar invites
• Ensure timely execution and posting of curated content
• Track and summarize social performance based on platform analytics
• Collaborate with the client and team to ensure aligned messaging and workflows
Qualifications:
• Experience managing social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks
• Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant supervision
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Passion for food, lifestyle content, and community engagement
Tools You Will Use:
• Google Workspace
• Superhuman
• Canva (no design required, but must be comfortable navigating for scheduling or light edits)
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
Preferred Traits:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive, responsive, and reliable
• Strong interest in food and social media trends
• Great multitasker who can juggle content and admin responsibilities
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Time of Work Hours: Graveyard Shift (PST)
