Job Description:
We’re seeking a strategic and intuitive Executive Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager to support a transformational coach. This is more than an assistant role—it’s a partnership. You'll help bring a powerful vision to life by translating big ideas into structured systems, compelling content, and aligned client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content & Social Media Management:
• Transform recorded coaching calls into newsletters, Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube content using transcripts and insights.
• Draft content in alignment with the brand’s voice for final review
• Executive & Administrative Support:
• Organize digital assets, manage calendars and workflows
• Maintain operational flow so the client can focus on coaching and sales.
• Initial Lead Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Engage prospects on social platforms.
• Qualify leads and schedule calls with the client.
• Represent the brand with clarity, warmth, and authenticity.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in executive assistance and/or social media management.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Deep alignment with personal development and transformational values.
• Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT for documentation and content creation.
• Proactive, intuitive, and values-driven.

Working Hours:
• Full-Time — 40 hours/week
• 6AM–2PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
