Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editing Virtual Assistant to support a wellness-focused brand in turning Zoom interviews and digital content into engaging course materials and social media videos. If you thrive on repurposing content and adding a branded touch to everything you edit, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and repurpose Zoom interviews into short-form content and on-demand course videos

• Add branding elements such as fly-ins, fly-outs, and logos

• Collaborate occasionally in real-time with the team via Zoom

• Maintain organized access to the content library for editing

• Independently manage and deliver high-quality video edits

• Potential to grow into other areas such as graphics design and website edits

• Future opportunity to support light bookkeeping (QuickBooks, Buildium)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing for social media and course creation

• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Familiarity with repurposing long-form video content

• Bonus: Graphic design and basic bookkeeping skills

Tools You Will Use:

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other preferred editing software

• Communication via Email, Zoom, WhatsApp

• Access to a shared content library

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 FREE hours (5 hours/week for 1 month to start)

• Preferred hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CT (Graveyard Shift for PH-based VAs)

• Mostly asynchronous with occasional real-time Zoom collaboration

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must work during US business hours (Graveyard Shift)

• Credit score not required for this role
