Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide executive support, manage social media tasks, and assist with client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can juggle multiple responsibilities with creativity, loyalty, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email and calendar management

• Documenting and optimizing internal processes

• Converting hand-drawn sketches and whiteboards into polished, client-facing documents

• Assisting in scheduling and posting social media content

• Managing client interactions and onboarding new clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in executive assistance, social media management, and client onboarding

• Excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 Hours per week)8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
