Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time LinkedIn Virtual Assistant (Setter) who excels in professional communication and has a proactive mindset. Your main role will be to generate and qualify new leads through inbound, outbound, and revive messaging on LinkedIn using strategic tools. If you're passionate about building relationships and are confident in managing DMs efficiently, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads via LinkedIn direct messaging.

• Inbound (Kondo, LinkedIn Service Requests)

• Outbound (followers, profile viewers, voters, and Sales Navigator)

• Revive old communication (Kondo)

• Book appointments using Calendly/Google Calendar.

• Organize, track, and follow up with leads using CRM and communication tools.

• Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with prospects.

• Following playbook

• Optimize lead engagement strategy in collaboration with the internal team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in LinkedIn lead generation or appointment setting.( more experience with clients)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to understand and communicate in a non-judgmental, empowering, and clear manner.

• Highly reliable, coachable, and results-driven.

Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

• Sense of ownership

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

• Graveyard Shift: 7 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 5 PM EST (FLEXIBLE)
