Job Description:

As our Trainer VA Support, you'll be responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring our VA team—ensuring they’re equipped with the skills and mindset to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding and conduct engaging training sessions for new VAs

• Develop, update, and improve training materials

• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and mentorship

• Design and deliver learning modules focused on skillset and mindset

• Collaborate with internal teams to address training gaps

• Monitor, document, and evaluate trainee performance and progress

Qualifications:

• FEMALE, 28 years old and above

• Prior experience as a VA and/or as a Trainer, Coach, or Mentor

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to various learning styles

• Committed to fostering personal and professional growth

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Graveyard Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT
