Job Description:

We’re hiring a full-time Marketing & Admin Support VA to assist a dynamic business leader. This role blends graphic design, admin coordination, and marketing execution. You’ll help manage schedules, support daily operations, and produce creative assets that stay on-brand and drive visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and marketing support

• Create branded marketing assets using Canva

• Assist in managing marketing funnels and campaigns via GoHighLevel

• Coordinate schedules and handle task requests from multiple sources

• Support email and communication management

• Help drive visibility, lead generation, and marketing performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in admin support and digital marketing

• Strong Canva and design skills with a brand consistency mindset

• Proficiency with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office

• Excellent task and time management

• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Able to handle multiple priorities and work independently

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

Working Hours:

• Full-Time – 40 hours/week

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time

• (Graveyard Shift in PH)

Rate:

• $5/hr
