Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-thinking Executive Assistant who excels in managing multiple tasks, communicates effectively, and is relentless in pursuing follow-ups. You’ll be supporting a high-level entrepreneur with inbox management, scheduling, and keeping everything (and everyone) moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inboxes and maintain “inbox zero” daily
• Coordinate appointments, coaching sessions, and meetings
• Liaise with clients and freelancers for task execution
• Draft initial versions of emails and basic communications
• Perform CRM updates and clean up data
• Handle collections and client follow-ups
• Respond to member requests
• Track coaching deliverables and ensure follow-through
• Manage LinkedIn lead activity and updates
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in executive assistance or similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Tools You Will Use:
• Zoho
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Microsoft Word & Excel
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
• Graveyard Shift: Start by 6:00–6:30 AM EST (Philippine Time: 6:00–6:30 PM PHT)
• Must be flexible and available for emergency calls

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone work hours)
