JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant who can bring energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to the team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and caring support experience while assisting with various eCommerce administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via Gorgias with kindness and clarity

• Resolve and manage a high volume of customer support tickets efficiently

• Assist with day-to-day admin tasks related to eCommerce operations

• Maintain accurate records in Shopify and Shiphero

• Collaborate with internal teams via Trello and Google Suite

• Use ChatGPT for drafting and generating customer responses or content

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer support experience

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset

• Energetic, optimistic, and service-oriented

Tools You Will Use:

• Gorgias

• Shopify

• (3PL portal)

• Trello

• Google Suite

• ChatGPT

Working Hours:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST (1-hour break)

Graveyard Shift

• Detail-oriented and dependable

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Time of Work Hours: Graveyard Shift (PST Time Zone)
