Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a social media-savvy Virtual Assistant who can take charge of online presence with creativity, detail, and independence. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content and love seeing your work come to life online, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule visually appealing social media posts

• Create and organize content based on provided materials

• Manage and maintain a consistent and professional social media presence

Qualifications:

• Strong visual design sense and social media content creation experience

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage content workflows

• Prior VA or content creation experience preferred

Tools You Will Use:

• Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or similar)

• Canva or other graphic design tools

• Google Suite or similar productivity tools

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week

• Flexible schedule (must be able to meet content deadlines)

• Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)

• Creative and independent thinker

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Organized and proactive in completing tasks

• Reliable and self-motivated

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Graveyard Shift (U.S. Timezone)
