Job Description:
We’re hiring a part-time Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to take charge of core business operations such as bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and calendar/email management. You’ll also maintain records for employee PTO, manage the CRM, and provide general administrative support. This is a great role for someone who enjoys managing details, values accuracy, and wants to make a tangible impact in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and run payroll
• Manage inbox and calendar scheduling
• Create and update daily reports
• Handle CRM updates (GoHighLevel required)
• Track PTO accurately
• Provide administrative support
• Communicate through Band App
Qualifications:
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Required)
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• CRM (Required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong with numbers and data
• Friendly, kind, and professional demeanor
• Independent and proactive with excellent follow-through
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Trello
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 30 hours/week
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Note: This is a Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants

• Must work during U.S. Eastern Time hours (Graveyard Shift)
