Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support a growing organization in streamlining daily communications and improving customer interactions. You’ll play a key role in managing incoming calls and emails, handling basic social media posting, and reaching out to customer leads. If you're excellent on the phone, thrive in organized environments, and are confident in sharing your suggestions, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
• Make outbound calls to evaluate customer leads
• Post on social media channels as needed
• Provide excellent follow-up and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly
• Report any challenges or improvements honestly and confidently
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Pleasant and confident phone demeanor
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Honest and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to take initiative and share ideas
Tools You Will Use:
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Google Phone)
• PDF tools
Working Hours:
• Part-Time | 20 hours/week
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday to Thursday)
• (Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)
• Rate: $5/hour

• Must be available to work during scheduled EST hours (Graveyard Shift)
