Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join a dynamic and growing optometry team. This role focuses on front office support, including patient communication, scheduling, and administrative assistance. You must be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer patient phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries
• Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Handle faxed reports and email correspondence
• Track and communicate order statuses to patients
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in healthcare or administrative support roles is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
Tools You Will Use:
• Eyefinity EPM/EHR
• Weave
• Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• 9 AM to 6 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
