Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong personality to support a bold and inspiring personal brand. You will be instrumental in expanding her online presence, managing content, and supporting the creation of impactful events and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (content creation, posting, tracking, analysis)

• Edit, upload, and revamp YouTube content

• Produce and manage podcast and video editing

• Assist in brand development and creation of new products

• Support online marketing efforts and event promotion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation

• Strong video editing and podcast production skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable managing a high-energy, driven entrepreneur

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Trello

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Video and podcast editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audacity, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST (Client is flexible but prefers no evening hours)

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Credit score required

• Must be available during specified CST working hours
