Job Description:

We are hiring a talented, proactive Social Media & Content Creation VA to elevate our client’s online presence. You will manage social media, craft engaging content, and edit video materials that reflect the client’s brand. Your role will be crucial in attracting quality leads, increasing engagement, and producing visually appealing, professional content that resonates with the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms

• Edit and produce professional-quality videos, including testimonial and promotional content

• Design graphics and creatives using Canva and Adobe tools

• Manage daily social media activity to increase reach, engagement, and brand trust

• Monitor feedback and identify client sentiment across platforms

• Track group statistics and drive Facebook Group growth

• Source and collect content from clients for testimonials and brand storytelling

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation

• Strong video editing skills using Capcut, Adobe, or similar tools

• Adept in Canva and visual content design

• Highly proactive, organized, and responsive

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines independently

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Capcut

• Social Media Scheduling Tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week

• Flexible Schedule (Graveyard Shift, CST Time Zone)

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Credit score required
