Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist / Marketing Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will handle LinkedIn lead generation using automation tools, manage marketing automations, maintain CRM data integrity, and support promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute LinkedIn lead generation using automation tools
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Zapier or Integrately to route leads to •HubSpot
• Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness in HubSpot
• Track lead behavior and campaign performance in HubSpot
• Set up, promote, and manage webinars
• Create HubSpot forms and landing pages as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience working with accounting professionals or firms
• Proven success in lead generation via LinkedIn and automation tools
• Marketing assistant or digital marketing experience
• Proficient in CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a “make it happen” attitude

Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)
