Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who has a solid foundation in accounting and is ready to take ownership of key tasks. If you're a multitasker who thrives on organization, transparency, and collaboration, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize calendar and daily tasks
• Assist with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
• Support website updates and inventory management
• Collaborate with a social media specialist
• Keep systems and tools like Virada up to date
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Accounting or bookkeeping background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confident, transparent, and able to give constructive feedback
• Comfortable suggesting ideas and taking initiative
Tools You Will Use:
• QuickBooks
• Virada
• iCloud Calendar
Working Hours:
• Part-Time
• 11 AM - 6 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), Tuesday to Saturday
• Graveyard Shift (Philippines time)
• $5/hour

• Must provide credit score
• Must be available during scheduled working hours (Graveyard Shift)
