Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support social media management and detailed marketing implementation. This role is perfect for someone with a creative eye for content and a knack for keeping marketing projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Create and schedule content posts
• Use tools like Canva to design basic graphics
• Assist in executing marketing strategies
• Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and launch timelines
• Track and support the progress of webinars, campaigns, and technical tasks
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Qualifications:
• Experience in social media management and marketing support
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Highly organized and capable of tracking multiple timelines
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
• Full-Time or Part-Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

• Must provide credit score
