Job Description:

We are hiring a VA to support a law firm with operations, technical implementation, and video editing. The ideal candidate is assertive, confident, and proactive—someone who isn’t afraid to make suggestions and take initiative. Your role is to help streamline backend processes and contribute to scaling the business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical execution of systems for scaling

• Provide operational and administrative support to the firm

• Edit and publish videos for marketing and internal use

• Suggest improvements and streamline workflows

• Communicate with empathy and clarity to support client-focused services

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, technical admin, or legal support is a plus

• Proficient in video editing tools and general tech platforms

• Strong communication and people skills

• Assertive, resourceful, and a problem solver

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed

Tools You Will Use:

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

• Productivity tools (Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana)

• Communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, email, text)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift in PH time)

• Must provide credit score
