Job Description:
We are looking for Virtual Assistants with strong bookkeeping skills to support our client in managing financial records, invoicing, and day-to-day data entry. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and contribute to building efficient systems while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle data entry related to client accounts
• Manage client invoicing
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties
• Support day-to-day financial operations
• Assist in building funnels inside Go High Level (training can be provided)
• Collaborate with the client and their community when needed
Qualifications:
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related administrative field
• Proficient in financial data entry and invoicing
• Knowledge of bookkeeping software/tools (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Organized and capable of handling sensitive financial data
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Tools You Will Use:
• Bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Go High Level (GHL)
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Email and other communication tools
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (30 hours/week), 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

• Problem solver with attention to detail
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Must provide credit score
• Must be available during EST working hours
