Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing & Funnel Specialist to assist a thriving real estate business in building streamlined systems and improving lead generation. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in digital tools, automation, content creation, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate workflows and campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Design and manage ClickFunnels

• Manage and maintain CRM and client databases

• Edit videos and manage daily content for social media platforms

• Assist with real estate admin tasks

• Promote events and support recruitment efforts

• Create and document SOPs for streamlined operations

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of automation, CRM, and funnel tools

• Video editing and social media management experience

• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills

• Positive energy and collaborative mindset

• Experience in Toronto real estate is a big plus

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)
