Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for clients while supporting marketing strategy and campaign performance—particularly on Facebook Ads. You’ll work closely with our internal media buying team and ensure systems and follow-ups are running smoothly and effectively. This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of marketing knowledge, organization, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for clients—ensure communication is timely, clear, and professional

Explain marketing performance and strategies in a way clients can easily understand

Monitor Facebook Ad performance and collaborate with internal media buyers

Oversee GoHighLevel (GHL) automations and ensure workflows are optimized

Ensure timely lead follow-up processes are in place and functioning (under 20 minutes response time)

Support in campaign reporting and maintaining client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads metrics and marketing strategy

• Experience using GHL and CRM automations

• Comfortable reviewing data and explaining KPIs to clients

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

• Full-Time preferred (ChST, Guam Timezone)

• Rate: $5/hour
