Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support daily operations in a busy Dallas-based real estate practice. You will be handling essential administrative and client-facing tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search apartment complexes for clients

• Draft and prepare offers using Zipforms

• Communicate with real estate agents when necessary

• Upload property listings to MLS and other platforms

• Manage spreadsheets and Google documents

• Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Motivated and passionate about real estate

• Honest, sincere, and reliable

• Creative thinker and fast learner

• Self-disciplined and proactive

Tools You Will Use:

• MLS

• Zipforms

• Google Workspace

• Excel

Working Hours:

• Full-Time – 40 hours/week

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Standard Time (Graveyard Shift)

• Saturday work required
