Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and task-driven Operations Manager VA to streamline daily operations, manage task timelines, and support overall team productivity. If you enjoy structure, clear processes, and working closely with other team members to keep projects on track, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee project schedules and timelines

• Create and maintain task lists for other VAs

• Coordinate internal workflows and ensure deadlines are met

• Assist in evaluating and adjusting operational tools and systems (e.g., Buildium)

• Provide regular status updates to the team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations or project management

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines

Tools You Will Use:

• Buildium (or similar tools)

• Time tracking and productivity tools

• WhatsApp for communication

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• 40 hours per week

• 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

• Some flexibility available as needed
