Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Virtual Assistant who’s ready to take ownership of social media execution, webinar/event coordination, and funnel/email marketing support. This is your chance to support a mission-driven on-camera talent by handling the backend magic that keeps the marketing engine running smoothly. If you’re a proactive implementer with flair for strategy and execution, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms

• Support webinar and live event promotions

• Execute funnel builds and email marketing campaigns

• Collaborate on launch strategy and implementation

• Co-host events, provide chat moderation and tech support

• Track KPIs and contribute to performance improvements

• Coordinate with creative and content teams for deliverables

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or virtual assistant role

• Strong written communication and organizational skills

• Self-starter with ability to work independently and problem-solve

• Creative, fun, and confident in taking initiative

• Reliable, loyal, and thrives in a collaborative team culture

Tools You Will Use:

• Kajabi

• CapCut

• Clickfunnels

• Email marketing platforms

• Productivity & time tracking tools

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST (Graveyard Shift for PH-based VAs)

Rate:

• $5–7/hour (depending on experience and skill set)
